Pets

Bringing Your Pet to Mauritius

Mauritius has strict pet import rules designed to protect the island's endemic wildlife. Dogs and cats must be microchipped, vaccinated against rabies, and treated for internal and external parasites. A period of quarantine at the Mauritius APHA-approved facility is required. Allow 3-6 months to prepare all paperwork before travel.
