Fees at private dentists in Mauritius are considerably lower than in Europe. A routine check-up typically costs MUR 800–1,500, a filling MUR 1,500–3,000, and a crown MUR 8,000–18,000 depending on material and complexity. Implants are priced from around MUR 30,000–50,000 per tooth — still a fraction of European prices.

Most private dental clinics in Mauritius operate Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings; some offer evening appointments. Booking by phone is recommended; same-day and next-day appointments are usually available for non-emergency consultations.
