Frederik Hendrik Museum

Frederik Hendrik Museum is an offshore island or islet accessible from the coast of Mauritius, offering some of the island's most pristine marine environments and wildlife experiences.

The waters around Mauritius contain numerous small islands and islets (îlots), protected within the country's exclusive economic zone. Many of these islands host significant seabird colonies, pristine coral reef systems, and — in some cases — introduced tortoise populations and native forest restoration projects. For the best experience, book a smaller operator with a limited group size — larger boats with 50+ passengers can feel crowded at popular island destinations.
