Le Bazar — Port Louis

Le Bazar occupies a prime spot on the Caudan Waterfront terrace in Port Louis, looking out over the harbour towards the Morne mountains. It serves as the de facto after-work bar for Port Louis office workers, and Friday evenings see the terrace packed from 5:30pm. The craft beer selection includes Phoenix (the local lager), Flying Dodo (Mauritius's craft ale), and a rotating selection of imported labels. The cocktail menu skews towards rum-based classics. Bar food — burgers, calamari, and sharing boards — is served until midnight.
